CSGS 2025 Annual Meeting Registration

March 19-21 (Wednesday-Friday), 2025

To be eligible for the membership institution rate for the 2025 conference, your institution must be current and paid in full for the 2025 calendar year. Register online through March 5th, 2025, and after that you can register in person in Dallas.

CSGS Member: $450  (early bird available through December 13th, 2024)

Nonmember: $800

Guest: $250

Graduate Student (of member institution): $250

3MT Competitor: $150 (requires a regular attendee registration also)

Additional Corporate Sponsor: $250 

CSGS will fully refund registration costs if cancellation notification is received, via email to the Treasurer (pjharrie@ncsu.edu), on or before February 15th, 2025.  After that date, all refunds will be subject to a $100 processing fee.  No refunds will be honored after March 10th, 2025.

To provide the name and contact information for your 3MT student competitor, please complete the separate 3MT Competitor Information Form. The deadline to complete this form is February 10th, 2025, but we encourage you to provide your competitor information as soon as possible after registration. 

Council of Historically Black Graduate Schools (CHBGS) Registration and Membership:

The CHBGS annual meeting is held in the same hotel the day before the CSGS annual meeting. We host a joint reception to end/begin our respective annual meetings.

The CHBGS assists member organizations in increasing enrollment, retention, and graduation of African American students in graduate programs and to prepare them to become future faculty and leaders. Learn more at http://www.chbgs.org.

We encourage you to join CHBGS and to register for its annual meeting!
